vue--中英文切换

安装：
npm install vue-i18n
兼容性
支持vue2.x以上版本
使用方法：
1. 在main.vue中引用
import VueI18n from ‘vue-i18n’
2. 然后使用
Vue.use(VueI18n)
3. 准备翻译的json文件
