eclipse里maven install时,报错提示jdk为无效的目标版本:1.7

报错提示：
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:2.3.2:compile (default-compile) on project sshe: Compilation failure
[ERROR] Failure executing javac, but could not parse the error:
[ERROR] javac: invalid target release: 1.7
[ERROR] Usage: javac <options> <source files>
或者中文提示：javac: 无效的目标版本： 1.7
问题原因：这个问题是因为jdk版本和maven的pom.xml版本不一致

排错步骤：
1 环境变量配置修改了吗
2 eclipse里installed JRES设置的是1.7吗
我的1和2都配置好了没有问题，但还是报错。最后参考网友的办法解决了。
