Merge Two Sorted Lists

Merge two sorted linked lists and return it as a new list. 

The new list should be made by splicing together the nodes of the first two lists.

合并两个有序链表，返回合并后的有序链表头

由于两个数去链表可能为空，所以增加一个dummy节点，时dummy.next指向新链表的第一个节点。

初始化时，使用两个指针指向两个输入链表的表头，在这两个指针不为空的情况下，取值较小的节点

放入新链表的尾部，直至两个指针至少有一个为空。然后，将不为空的链表剩下的部分放入到新链表的尾部
