Spring MVC基础配置,web.xml 注解 控制器Controller，helloworld

1. 目录结构

包下载地址：https://repo.spring.io/libs-release-local/org/springframework/spring/4.1.6.RELEASE/

解压包及位置：D:XXXXX\spring-framework-4.1.6.RELEASE\libs

2. web.xml配置
