The difference of Tomography and Tomosynthesis

  Tomography is a related term of tomosynthesis. As nouns the difference between tomography and tomosynthesis is that tomography is imaging by sections or sectioning while tomosynthesis is the creation of a image of part of the body by digital processing of multiple x-rays.
