大众 奥迪 MDI AMI ipod线材 改装蓝牙无线播放

大众系的车一般都会带多媒体输入接口，大众上叫MDI接口、奥迪上交AMI接口

这个接口可以用来给车载中控台主机音响输入音频、连接ipod播放音乐和显示歌单什么的

据说是能够实现无损传输

AMI、MDI接口如下：

目前，有较多车型会带一个ipod输入线

ps：都202X年了还带个苹果30pin的 输入线，真够过时的

 

AMI、MDI接口自带音频、电源针脚，理论上是能够通过DIY改装接一个蓝牙音频板进行播放音乐的

 

淘宝上倒是有成品，但价格较贵，需要70元-160元不等

 

作为技术宅，想跟我收钱那是万万不给的，自己把车上已有的mdi-ipod线改装成蓝牙才是牛逼的体现

准备物料：

1.大众 mdi-ipod线（USB的不行，因为缺少针脚）

2. 1k或1.1k欧姆的电阻，花费￥5买了100个

3.蓝牙板（自动开机自动回连那种，建议选择M28这款。M18这个贴片似乎需要手动开机、M38这个带功放没必要）花费￥6.8元

 

方法：

经过拆解mdi-ipod线缆apple 30pin接口，可以发现这些针脚和线缆的颜色对应：

经过分析，认为mdi线缆改装需要用到的是 棕色（Audio GND）、紫色（ Audio Right声道）、橙色（ Audio Left声道）、黑色（USB GND）、红色线束（USB 5V+）

 

其他颜色线束全部剪短，没有用。

然后再拆解MDI接口，发现有两个针脚间串了一个18.7k欧姆的电阻，个人经过分析判断是汽车中控电脑用于识别线缆版本的电阻。

经过搜索国外相关文章，从文章https://www.dognmonkey.com/audi/what-you-should-know-about-ami-cables.html中看到：

For those who have older Audi with AMI (Audi Music Interface) unit installed, we tend to get stuck with a 30-pin iPod and iPhone original AMI cables. There are many part numbers for each type and year of the car, but by playing and modifying AMI cables, I found out that they’re basically the same, the only thing different is the resistors detection. All 3G cables have detection resistor (pin21 & pin22) ~18.7k and 2G ~ 1.87k. When the resistor detection is less than 900 ohm – 0 ohm, the AMI changes to Auxiliary mode which will turn off the USB power and play whatever on pins 1,2 with ground 3. By design, the resistor detection will go to Auxiliary mode with value of 1k ohms for all version. 

文章指出，3代的线是串一个18.7k欧、2代的线是串1.87k欧、AUX模式（关闭5V电源）是串0-900欧、适配所有代是串1k欧姆。

Solder a 1k-1.1k ohm resistor (1/4 watt) across the original resistor 18.7k ohm to have .95-1k ohm across. Pull the iPod wires out. Put some small shrink tubing or cut the wires. Bundle them together and fit them back to the case.

文章指出，直接给3代线的18.7k欧的电阻并一个1.1k欧姆电阻得到一个0.95-1k欧姆的等效电阻，接口能够实现aux输入和电源保留。

接下来改装MDI-ipod 苹果30pin侧的电路，如图接线

最后，把线缆安装好，找了个没用的电池盒装好，没想到还挺合适。之后上车测试，连上蓝牙，一次性通过测试。蓝牙连上high极了。
