通过Nginx代理访问PHP文件提示File note found

出现此问题有可能的原因

1. 目录权限：根目录权限和访问文件的权限
2. Nginx中root配置的位置

以前出现过第一种原因导致的File not found，这次出现是第二个原因，在此记录下。
