npm报错：request to https://registry.npm.taobao.org/ failed, reason certificate has expired的解决方案

原淘宝镜像https://registry.npm.taobao.org/已失效，现淘宝镜像更改为https://registry.npmmirror.com解决方案如下，
第一步：npm cache clean --force 清除npm缓存
第二步：npm config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com 将镜像仓库切到最新地址
第三步：npm config get registry 查看当前镜像
第四步：npm install
搞定！
