使用systemLayoutSizeFittingSize可以获得UIView在约束布局后的最接近目标尺寸的尺寸。

targetSize的取值如果是UILayoutFittingCompressedSize，表示最小的可能大小；如果是UILayoutFittingExpandedSize，表示最大的可能大小。

[tableHeaderView mas_updateConstraints:^(MASConstraintMaker *make) {
    MAS_HEIGHT(580);
}];
//获取约束的高度
CGFloat height = [tableHeaderView systemLayoutSizeFittingSize:UILayoutFittingCompressedSize].height;
//修改headView的frame
CGRect frame = tableHeaderView.frame;
frame.size.height = height;
tableHeaderView.frame = frame;
//刷新tableHeaderView
self.tableView.tableHeaderView = tableHeaderView;
