After upgrading GLIBC/GCC, the Terminal couldn't be opened normally, this is due to the system won't set the coding style, such as: en_US.UTF-8.
To fix this issue, the following command should be executed to fix this issue:
1-- Go to the directory where glibc was installed, such as the path shown in the following figure. It should be noticed that it should be the directory that the command "make && make install" was executed:
2-- Executing the following commands:
make localedata/install-locales
3-- After finishing the execution of the command, it is better to restart to computer to confirm the Terminal issue is fixed or change another user account to confirm.
