摘  要

信息化的今天，计算机网络、Internet扮演的角色也越来越重要，各个医院都在扩大规模，与医院业务有关的管理工作变得越来越繁杂，特别是医院管理工作越来越艰巨。目前，大部分医院的管理仍然是传统的人工管理方式，即通过手工操作方式对医院的信息进行处理，采用传统的医院管理方式效率低下，管理人员的工作负担重，强度大，已经不能适应社会发展和实际的需求。医院在现代社会的发展过程中起着举足轻重的作用，不论医院规模的大小，其部门设计都是非常复杂的，稍有差错就会给病人带来生命危险。各部门的种类交繁多，各级管理人员需要及时了解掌握病人的相关信息及药产品等信息，以做到心中有数，合理安排相关环节的工作，同时，也要做好员工信息的管理，如此复杂的管理工作，如果依靠人工分析进行管理，即难做到，也难保证数据的准确性，以导致错误的管理决策，然而，大部分中小医院仍然没有实现医院管理的信息化，开具医嘱，摆药，书写病历等日常工作十分繁重，乱改医嘱乱收费的情况也有发生，无法给病人提供详细的收费项目清单而造成医患关系紧张。

论文详细论述了一个基于SSM的医院科室管理系统的开发设计过程。系统采用Java 作开发平台，MySql作数据库管理系统，实现了病人登记、医生信息管理、病人就诊信息管理、病人信息管理等功能。系统符合医院管理的要求，能够帮助医院切实提高工作效率。

Abstract

The size of the model，its department design is very complex，a little error will bring life-threatening patients. Managers at all levels need to know and master the patient's information and drug products in a timely manner，so as to make sure they have a clear idea and arrange the work properly. At the same time，they also need to manage the staff information. Very heavy，random change doctor's order random charge situation also occurs，can not provide the patient with detailed charge item list and causes the doctor-patient relationship to be tense.

A development and design process of hospital department management system based on SSM is discussed in detail. The system uses Java as the development platform，MySql as the database management system，and realizes the functions of patient registration，doctor information management，patient visit information management，hospitalization information management and so on. The system meets the requirements of hospital management and can help hospitals to improve their working efficiency.
