摘要

随着计算机网络和多媒体技术的发展，多媒体已成为因特网不可缺少的特征。 在因特网上，动画、语音和视频流变得越来越流行。多媒体与网络技术结合的产 品，如视频会议、视频点播、讲电话和远程教育等，已经从实验室逐步应用到商 业领域。

在网络上传输多媒体数据，像语音和视频流，数据量较大，具有三个主要特 点：一是需要非常高的带宽；二是对实时性要求很高：三是数据往往都是突发的。 而当前的网络状况是：网络带宽不够高，传输多媒体数据时还会有不可预知的延 迟，而且目前的网络质量还不可避免地出现丢包现象。如何解决媒体流在网络上 传输的特点与当前网络状况的矛盾，是一个极具挑战的课题。

通过对WEB技术、组播技术、RTP／RTcP协议、视频编解码技术、DirectShow 技术、时间戳、流媒体存储技术及ActiveX技术的研究，本文提出了一个基于WEB 的网络视频直播系统设计方案。该系统具有视频采集、压缩、网络传输、解压、 存储和回放等功能，较好的解决了目前网络传输多媒体流存在的网络带宽较窄等 问题。这些功能都采用软件实现，采用先进的视频压缩标准-—神EG4对视频进 行编码解码。在硬件方面只作较少的投资，因此，成本低，易于升级。根据该设

计方案，本论文完成了该系统的开发工作，实现了视频信号的采集、压缩、实时 传输、解压回放以及存储等功能。

With the development of computer network and multimedia technology, multimedia has become indispensable feature of hternet Sound and video stream are becoming more and m0嘴popular Internet．Multimedia and network technology,

current network is defiant task．
