第 28卷 第 5期 2013年 10月 北 京 信 息 科 技 大 学 学 报 Journal of Beijing Information Science and Technology University Vo1．28 No．5 0ct．2013 文 章 编 号 ：1674—6864(2013)05—0047—04 基 于 MATLAB的 PLC温度监控 系统设计 祁 鲲 ，厉 虹 ，张 芳 ，张 利 (北京信息科 技大学 自动化学 院，北京 100192) 摘 要：将可编程控制器(PLC)结构简单、硬件接口丰富、可靠性和抗干扰性较强的优 势与 Matlab科学运算功 能强大、软件接 口便捷、图形用 户界 面友好等优 势相 结合 ，设计 了基 于 Matlab的 PLC温度监控 系统。设计 了基于 PLC的温度控制 系统监控界面，界 面可视性好、操作性 强；对上位机和 PLC之 间的通讯进行 了设定，给 出了大林算法温度控制范例 ，并对加热炉温度控制 系统进行 了仿真测试。测试结果表 明，改变不同的温度设定值 系统均能达到较好 的控制效果；并 且该 系统基 于 Matlab语言，便 于实现其他复杂的先进控制算法。 关 键 词 ：Matlab；可编程控制器；温度监控 中图分类号：TP 277 文献标志码：A Design of PLC tem perature monitoring system based on M atlab QI Kun，LI Hong，ZHANG Fang，ZHANG Li (School of Automation，Beijing Information Science and Technology University，Beijing 100192，China) Abstract： A kind of PLC temperature monitoring system based on Matlab is designed，combining the advantages of simple structure，rich hardware interfaces，strong anti—disturbance and reliability of PLC，with the advantages of strong scientific computing function，convenient software interfaces，and friendly graphical user interface of Matlab．A temperature monitoring interface based on PLC is designed in this system ，which has perfect visibility and powerful operability． The communication between the upper computer and PLC is set，and an example of temperature control with Dalin algorithm is provided． Simulation tests for temperature control system of heating furnace are accomplished，and the result shows that the control performance is sa
