Permission

android6 API23之前，应用的一系列授权都在安装的时候。

23之后允许在 安装之后打开app才请求权限。

检查 Permission

int permissionCheck = checkSelfPermission(this, Manifest.permission.WRITE_CALENDAR);  //检查permission.WRITE_CALENDAR 许可信息。
if (!permissionCheck == PackageManager.PERMISSION_GRANTED) {

    if (shouldShowRequestPermissionRationale(thisActivity, Manifest.permission.WRITE_CALENDAR)) {
        // show an explanation to the user

用户授予权限后  回调：
