VS2012添加全局包含目录

如果通过界面配置无效（重启VS后丢失），可以尝试直接修改文件：%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\MSBuild\v4.0\Microsoft.Cpp.Win32.user.props

修改文件时，把属性框里面的内容逐项拷贝到xml中去。
