工具栏箭头Android,带有工具提示箭头的Android PopupWindow

我已经看到了很多有关通过将null或new Drawable()传递给setBackgroundDrawable()来删除PopupWindow边框的问题。我遇到了相反的问题。我希望在PopupWindow周围有一个边框，最好是带有一个指向我的锚点的工具提示箭头。目前，我的PopupWindow没有边框。我尝试过调整边距，xml中的背景，布局，列表视图和列表视图行的宽度和高度，但无济于事。有人可以帮我在顶部加边框和图像吗？我正在尝试坚持使用Android SDK。
