上面的地址下载一个压缩包，把压缩包bin目录中的jar包导到工程中,然后在把相同目录下的dll放到你当前用的jdk的bin目录下

比如:我现在用的是:E:/Borland/JBuilder2006/jdk1.5

那么dll应该放在E:/Borland/JBuilder2006/jdk1.5/bin目录下

就这么简单.........................
