oracle 安装 挂载磁盘组_asm 无法挂载磁盘组

今天机子突然断电了，机子启动以后  asm实例无法挂载磁盘组，折腾了一晚上了 还是没弄好啊,求助大神们啊，此系统是单实例的asm。。
