什么操作系统，应该是自动补丁更新程序没有安装上。重新安装遍试试

自动更新程序运行失败，建议重新安装下软件。

操作系统win10 64位，软件版本T3标准11.0

方法：右击【计算机】-【管理】-【服务和应用程序】-【服务】，在服务列表中找到【AutoUpdateService】这项服务，右击点击【启动】。

那么问题来了，有的客户会发现服务列表中更本就没有这项服务。这可如何是好？

淡定，且听我细细讲说：

1.在桌面上新建一个记事本文件；

2.双击打开后将如下内容复制进去：sc create AutoUpdateService binpath= "C:\UFSMART\AutoUpdateService\AutoUpdateService.exe" displayname= "AutoUpdateService" start= auto

net start AutoUpdateService

PS:操作前先查看对应T3软件安装目录，找到AutoUpdateService文件夹所在路径，将此工具用记事本打开，并将路径修改为自己的实际路径，上述语句中默认安装目录是C盘。

3.内容输入完毕后点击文件-保存；

4.右击记事本文件选择重命名，内容可以自己设置，后缀改成.bat格式。

5.双击运行该文件，系统会自动重新创建autoupdate service服务。
