git+文件夹+服务器上,Git Push工作，但文件不在服务器上

我有一个git设置在我的HostGator共享acct，我刚刚做了我的第一次推。然而，当我在服务器上看到的文件不存在 - 推没有错误或说任何事情都是错的。Git Push工作，但文件不在服务器上

我正在使用SSH类型的连接，如果这有什么区别。我跟着this guide建立了一个git回购。据我所知，远程原始URL是正确的。
