MySQL创建的新用户无法连接_创建了新用户，无法远程连接。

linux环境下，通过root 启动mysql：

[root@mysql237 ~]# mysql -uroot -p

mysql> use mysql

在该目录下用：

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON optdb.* TO 'optuser'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'aaaaaaaa' WITH GRANT OPTION;

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON optdb.* TO 'optuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'aaaaaaaa' WITH GRANT OPTION;

创建了optuser用户，则该用户可以在本机进行登录，并且访问optdb数据库。 但是无法通过该用户远程进行访问数据库。

我又用

CREATE USER testuser IDENTIFIED BY  'aa343411';

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'testuser';

创建了testuser用户，问题依然存在。
