一、题目

面向齿轮的计算机辅助设计、制造及检测

二、研究主要内容

本题选自正在建设的实验项目CAD/CAM一体化实验。该项目的研究内容是以齿轮为实验对象，进行计算机辅助设计，在此基础上，利用数控线切割机进行计算机辅助加工，形成计算机辅助设计和数控加工的一体化实验，最后，对加工出来的齿轮进行公差组项目检测。

通过毕业设计，培养在工程设计、编程、调试的能力，提高查阅资料、外文翻译的能力，以及和综合应用基础理论和专业知识的能力，进一步增强分析问题和解决问题的能力。

三、主要技术指标

编制一渐开线标准直齿圆柱齿轮设计程序；

设计加工的齿轮精度等级为7级；

确定并检测齿轮三个公差组的检查组；

[5] 编委会编.齿轮便查手册.北京：机械工业出版社，2013,3学生 张ABSTRACTThe gear mechanism is the most important mechanism transmission of modern mechanical,wide range of applications.It relies on direct contact with the tooth profile to transmit motion and power,with constant transmission ratio,high transmission efficiency,long service life,for a wide range,and high load carrying capacity etc,but there is manufacture and installation of high precision and high cost disadvantages.In this paper, the study says:

1)According to the principle of the gear meshing,grasp the spur gear profiles forming method,and use MATLAB to be computer programming and design gear, get modulus, pressure angle etc. mean standard value involute spur gear of profile data;

2)Familiar with the structure of EDM CNC cutting machine and working principle,learned to master the basic operation of CNC EDM cutting machine, and use of EDM CNC cutting machine machining design of gear;

3)Detection of basic knowledge to understand the kind commonly used measuring instruments and their applications, understand the typical surface detection methods and measuring instruments, measuring instruments to learn the correct choice. For processing out of gear for testing tolerance group.

In this paper, the gear for the object to complete the computer-aided design、 computer-aided processing as well as the accuracy of detection gear for the integration process, combines the knowledge of the discipline, enhance the ability in practice.
