//追加
txtResult.Document.Blocks.Add(new Paragraph(new Run("add by run") { Foreground = Brushes.Blue }));

//替换
txtResult.Selection.Text = "add by selection";               
txtResult.Selection.ApplyPropertyValue(TextElement.ForegroundProperty, Brushes.Red);
