matlab ddemod,DMOD & DDEMOD functions in Matlab7

I have called DMOD and DDEMOD functions in my simulation in Matlab6.5

with no erros, but when i ran in Matlab7.0 i got following error.It

seem they are obsolete in Matlab7.Please tell how to encounter that.

+0 is added to make data non-logical as mentioned in comments, but

even removing it does'nt solve problem
