实验环境packet tracer 5.3 Cisco2960和3560
 
我是先在2960上的G1/1上配置trunk的如下
Switch2960(config-if)#switchport mode trunk
 
然后在3560上用相同的命令显示下面的提示
Switch3560(config-if)#switchport mode trunk
Command rejected: An interface whose trunk encapsulation is "Auto" can not be configured to "trunk" mode.
 
上网找了找，原来要输入封装格式，所以按照提示我配置如下
Switch3560(config-if)#switchport trunk encapsulation ?
  dot1q  Interface uses only 802.1q trunking encapsulation when trunking
Switch3560(config-if)#switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q   //先要输入封装格式
Switch3560(config-if)#switchport mode trunk   //可以顺利的输入这个命令了
