windows下git push 返回411 失败的问题

在windows下通过客户端提交更新时，遇到411 的情况。

因为Nginx不能处理Chunked的POST请求。在代理服务器上，添加http://wiki.nginx.org/HttpChunkinModule 模块，来解决问题。

since 1.3.9, the Nginx core already has built-in support for the chunked request bodies.
