In oracle solaris 11,a powerful role that is equivalent to the root user.However, this root cannot log in.A regular user must log in, then assume the assigned root role. This role is configured by default.when you use root account login directly,you'll get "Roles can not login directly" error.When you install solaris 11,you must create a normal user,it has Administrative Rights.To validate normal user,you can check /etc/user_attr file:

Change the root Role Into a User
Before you begin,you must be assigned the UserManagement and User Security rights profiles.
1.Remove the root role assignment fromlocal users:
In my system,i had one user candon has root roles,so i remove the role assignment from it.
After,you can check the /etc/user_attr file again to validate or use command:
2.Change the root role into a user:
Now,you can use root account login directly and normal user candon didn't have root roles.
