用TextView实现走马观灯效果

水平滚动（可以滚动指定次数或无限次滚动）也就是走马观灯效果

除了要设置android：ellipsize属性外，还要设置android：marqueeRepeatLimit（循环显示的次数）和android：focusable属性。只有处于焦点状态的TextView控件才会有走马灯效果
