Openfiler的安装和配置

       Openfiler 由rPath Linux驱动，它是一个开源并免费网络存储管理程序，可以在单一框架中提供基于文件的网络连接存储 (NAS) 和基于块的存储区域网 (SAN)。Openfiler 支持 CIFS、NFS、HTTP/DAV 和 FTP等协议的Server搭建。

Openfiler converts an industry standard x86_64 architecture system into a full-fledged NAS/SAN appliance or IP storage gateway and provides storage administrators with a powerful tool to cope with burgeoning storage needs. 

Openfiler ensures that storage administrators are able to make the best use of system performance and storage capacity resources when allocating and managing storage in a multi-platform network.

Openfiler provides key features such as iSCSI target for virtualization, Fibre Channel target support, block level replication and High Availabilty that are the mainstay of any business critical storage environment.

我们在虚拟机中测试，Vmvare workstation中建立一个新的虚拟机。

安装步骤如下：

first boot,press enter key to install.

language: 选择英文

提示硬盘中数据会全部丢失，点 Yes 。

因为我们是装在Vmvare workstation中的，所以硬盘为虚拟的sda ATA VMware Virtual I

IP地址我们为默认DHCP。

时区调成东8北京即可以。

setting root password.

安装过程：

安装完成，重启。

last step, finish install.

以下为正常启动好的界面。

log on web interface: https://192.168.23.158:446

用户名为openfiler,密码默认为openfiler

登陆进系统以后的主界面。

create VG(volume Groups),新建卷组。

新建分区。

发现可以开启好多服务：

NFS,iSCSI，FTP，UPS等好多功能都可以用在学习XenServer中。

最后就是如何连到XenServer或者Hyper-v,Vmvare esxi中，
