  在30天敏捷结果:开篇中说到接下来我们将进行敏捷结果练习,前一篇学习了19:你在为谁做事?,今天我们要进行Getting Result练习的第20天:好的问题可以获得好的结果(Day 20 — Ask Better Questions, Get Better Results

 

  问问题是一个需要自己不断发生的事情,你问的越好对你来说可以获得更多。通过改善你问自己的问题,你可以改善你生活中不同热点区域的生活质量。

为什么要问问题

问对问题可以帮助我们平衡、聚焦,做出更好的决策,更有效地进行优先级排定:

  • 问对问题=好的回答
    不管这个问题是你进行自我对话还是会议讨论,问对问题都是非常重要的。如果把问问题和回答问题作为一个流程来看,那么你想获得好的回答则一定需要提出好的问题。就像我们经常逛技术论坛一样,你发帖求助的回答率与你提出的问题以及提问方式有关。
  • 问题=关注点
    通过改变你的问题可以改变我们的关注点,这可以让我们快速的切换视角。例如,加入你要做一个项目,你可能会问“我有什么资源来做这个项目”,如果你感觉资源不够时你就会消极;但是如果你换一种问题“如果没有资源、时间限制我会如何做这个项目?”那么你会想办法去解决资源问题。
  • 问题=内心交流
    通过问题进行自我沟通,可以让自己获得内心的更多力量。例如,我们在做一件事情之前,问问自己“为什么”要做,找出激励自己的情感式动力,这会让自己实现结果更有效,这也是“为什么”三个字带来的力量。
  • 问题=机会
    我们在做产品架构时会有一个市场需求文档模板,这里首先就是列出市场问题,后面就会跟着市场机会,通过问题提出解决方案可能就会创造出很多机会。

改善结果的一些问题

  我曾经也说过,一个人自我成长最简单的就是问自己一些问题,在个人管理:从昨天的一个设计评审来谈如何与人交流你的设计思路个人管理:写书之前应该回答的几个问题30天敏捷结果(19):你在为谁做事?30天敏捷生活(6): 你的生活目标是什么?中都提出了很多问题。下面罗列一些问题的分类和示例,我相信对你应该会有所帮助:

分类问题
通用问题
  • 是正确的人在做正确的是吗?
  • 应该做什么正确的事情?
  • 这个场景下最好做什么?
  • 你的组织限制或者支持你了吗?
行动
  • 一步我最好做什么?
  • 下一步?
  • 有什么行动?
  • 你现在能做的最简单事情是什么?
效率和效能
  • 最有效的是什么?
  • 这是不是高效的?
  • 你进展快速,并且方向正确吗?
目的和目标
  • 你想实现什么?
  • 你用什么来检验你是否成功了?
  • 这些是你真正想要的目标还是其他人的目标呢?
学习
  • 你的榜样是谁?
  • 你想学习别人哪三个方面?
  • 哪三件事情你进展得很好?
  • 哪三件事情需要改善?

    用三个故事驱动你的一周就是需要你使用自我激励的方式生成故事
时间管理
  • 你花了多少时间在这上面?
  • 你应该花多长时间在这上面?
  • 现在是最好的时刻吗?
  • 现在最好做什么?
  • 你在20%的问题上花了80%的时间吗?
  • 你如何进行精力管理来更有效地使用你的时间?
价值
  • 这件事重要吗?
  • 这件事意义不同吗?
  • 谁觉得它有价值?你还是其他人?
  • 如果其他人觉得有价值,它是否与你的价值有冲突,或者是否一致?

  用上面的表格作为找出好问题的开始,但是找出好问题的要点是这些问题必须对你起作用,你需要持续的给你的问题库中补充对你有用的问题(如果你不知道对生活的问题,可以参考本篇后面附上的生活自问列表)。你会发现,有些简单的问题可以让你远离沮丧去找出方案,具有创造力,并且能够找出下一步要做的事情。

  1. 找出一个可以帮助你获得更好结果的一个自问的问题
  2. 找出一个对你不起作用的问题,换一个更有效的问题来改善自己的结果
