Server配置文件说明

Client包含Server的配置，这些配置被写到bootstrap.yml中，因为这个文件在Spring运行前会被加载，所以Server的配置信息也会被提前载入。

 

对于Config Server的高可用配置，可以使用eureka-server实现。
