Windows下关于Composer使用时出现的问题及解决办法

下载最新的composer.phar

问题二：

to retrieve a token.

解决办法
1、更新Composer到最新版本

    php composer.phar self-update

2、登录到Github https://github.com/settings/applications “generated a token”增加一个新的Token
3、运行

    php composer.phar config -g github-oauth.github.com token
