Try to unselect ‘GR-Bsd IV’,   error msg : Combination of GR/IR control not allowed for external services.

 

 

Solution:

Unselect ‘GR-Bsd IV’ check box  and

 

Unselect ‘Goods Receipt’ at the same time.

Then we can save this PO now.
