      实际应用之中，Cisco IP Phone，其方便性、其功能性，都一一体现在实际办公中，下面就一一揭开它的神秘面纱吧——

（这就是我和上司IT主管一起合作完成的IP Phone使用说明指南手册，在公司里指导同事正确使用，极大地提高工作效率！）

Placing a call
【 How to do?】
² Lift the handset to dial a new call, or
² Press speaker key to dial using speakerphone.
【 Rules】
² For Shenzhen Site internal call, dial the 4 digit extension # directly.
² For external call, dial 9 before the external telephone number.
² Add ‘0’ before the area code for Domestic Direct Dial 『 DDD』, for example, dial 9+0+10+XXXXXXXX to call a BEIJING telephone number.
² Add “00” before the country code for International Direct Dial 『 IDD』,for example, dial 9+00+33+ X XXXXXXXX  to call a French telephone number.

Add *9 before extension number of any Sanofi Aventis office in China for free VoIPconversation. For example, dial *9+7608 to call an extension which belong to Sanofi Aventis Beijing Office.

拨打电话
【如何使用】
² 提起电话听筒，或者
² 按免提键以使用免提方式打电话。
【规则】
² 拨打深圳公司内部电话，可直接拨四位分机号码；
² 拨打外部电话，在外部电话号码前加拨9
² 拨打国内长途电话『DDD』或者国际长途电话『IDD』时，电话系统有可能提示输入授权密码。请向IS部门索取该授权密码。

拨打赛诺菲安万特中国任一分公司的内线电话，只需要在分机前加拨*9，即可建立免费的VoIP 通话。如拨打 *9+7608 即可免费打到北京的一个分机，该分机属于赛诺菲安万特北京分公司办公室。

Call Forwarding
【Function Description】
This function allow user to forward all incoming calls to an internal or external telephone number, to avoid missing important calls. Possible scenario:
² Manager forward calls to his/her assistant;
² User forward calls to meeting room or other offices;
² User forward calls to his/her mobile phone.
【How to do?】
1.     When telephone set is in Idle state, press “CFwdALL” Key below the screen
2.    Input the telephone # that you want to forward all calls to.
3.    Message “Forwarded to XXXX” will displays on the screen.

When telephone set displaying “Forwarded to XXXX”, press “CFwdALL” Key again to cancel the call forwarding settings.

 

呼叫转移
【功能说明】
该功能允许用户将所有来电转移到一个内部或外部电话号码上，以免错过一些重要的电话。可能的应用场景：
² 经理可能将电话转移到助理的话机上。
² 用户可能需要将电话转移到会议室或其他办公室。
² 用户可能需要将电话转移到移动电话上。
【如何使用】
1. 在话机空闲状态下，按下话机屏幕下方的“CFwdALL”键
2. 输入一个电话号码-表示您想转移所有来电到您输入的这个电话号码上；
3. 屏幕上将显示“Forwarded to XXXX”。设置成功。

当电话显示“Forwarded to XXXX”时，再将按下屏幕下方的“CFwdALL”键可取消呼叫转移功能。
