Transfer Calls
【Function Description】
The function allow user to transfer current call to another extension number. Possible scenario:
² The caller called you but he just want to speak to others
² The caller still wants to speak to others after finished discussing with you.
【How to do?】
1.    When in a call, press “Transfer” key below the screen.
2.    Input the extension # that you want to transfer current call to;

Press “Transfer” Key again.

 

 

转电话
【功能说明】
该功能允许用户将当前通话转接至另外一个分机，可能是因为以下原因：
² 对方呼叫您的电话，但是他只是想和别人说话。
² 对方和你讨论完了，还想和另外的同事通话。
【如何使用】
1．在通话中，按下屏幕下方的“Transfer”键
2．输入一个电话号码——表示您想将当前通话转接到该号码。

再将按下“Transfer”键。

Phone Mobility
【Function Description】
The function allow user to login in different office and use the same telephone #, wherever which office he is. Possible Scenario:
² A user works in Nan Shan Kejiyuan office on Monday & Tuesday, so he login in KJY office and then he can use his telephone number 33288666
² This user works in Long gang site from Wed to Fri. So he login in Long gang office and then can use the same telephone number in Long gang: 33288666.
² Several users sharing 1 telephone set in case of limited office resource. 
【How to do?】
1.    When telephone set is in idle state, press service key
2.    Input User ID and PIN code,
3.    Press “Submit” key
4.    To logoff, press service key       again; and then press “Yes” to confirm logoff.
移动办公
【功能说明】
该功能允许用户在不同的办公地点，以登录的方式获得一个固定的电话号码，而不论他在哪个办公室。可能的场景：
² 某人星期一和星期二在南山工作，他在南山登录，从而使用电话号码；33288666。
² 该用户星期三至星期五在坪山新区工厂工作，因此他在坪山新区工厂登录，同样可以使用他自己的电话号码；33288666
² 在办公资源有限的情况下，几个用户共用一个电话机。哪个用户登录，话机就得到某个相应的电话号码。
【如何使用】
1. 在话机空闲状态下，按下
2. 输入用户名和密码，如左图所示。
3. 然后按“Submit”键开始登录；

要注销登录，再次按下        服务键。然后按“Yes”确认要注销。
