termux for music play

1. mount Android‘s Music folder as local storage in termux

   • termux-setup-storage

2. Install mpd and pulseaudio

   • pkg install mpd
     pkg install pulseaudio

3. Setup mpd (vi ../usr/etc/mpd.conf)

   • change music_directory to the music folder path.
     enable following lines
      auto_update     "yes"
      auto_update_depth "3"
      bind_to_address         "any"
      port                            "8600"
     
     only use audio_output as below:
      audio_output {
             type            "pulse"
             name            "My Pulse Output"
             server          "localhost"
     }
     

4. Setup pulse audio (vi ../usr/etc/mpd.conf)
   • enable load-module module-native-protocol-tcp
5. Start pulse audio and mpd
   • pulseaudio --start  #pulseaudio --kill
   • mpd
6. Install ncmpnpp or other mpd client app
