Ubuntu 9.10- Setup Evolution for Microsoft Exchange

公司的邮箱是Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5
要通过Ubuntu下面的Evolution接收该邮件。

由于较早版本支持有问题，所以先Update到最新版本，包括：
apt-get update
apt-get install evolution
apt-get install evolution-mapi
apt-get install libmapiadmin0 //这个不知是否真的需要

然后，account设置如下：
Server Type: Exchange MAPI
Server: example.cn.test.com  //as example
Username: user-example
Domain name: test-cn
