这个问题解决了，主要是因为spring 的版本比较低，解析spring的xml文件的时候报错。换成spring3.2的jar包就好了。还有一个报错的地方是因为web.xml头部采用的标准错了，换成

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<web-app version="2.5" xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-app_2_5.xsd"> ，这样就没问题了
