Paint.NET 原生不支持 PSD 格式文件的编辑，让许多 PSD 图片无法导入 Paint.NET 就得逼着人继续使用 Photoshop 了 ( Photoshop 应该是国内除系统外盗版率最高的软件，功能牛逼，知名度大，售价高，装机必备)。
这个插件只有一个 DLL 文件，下载后放到 X:\Program Files\Paint.NET\FileTypes 目录下，重启 Paint.NET 就可以了。
支持的特性有
  • Layers
  • Masks (only loading see To do list)
  • RAW or RLE compressed files
  • The following color modes are supported for loading an p_w_picpath
    • Gray scale
    • Indexed
    • 32 Bit-RGBA
    • CMYK (lossy conversation)
    • Multichannel CMY (lossy conversation)
    • Duotone (as gray scale)
    • Lab (lossy conversation)
  • For saving an p_w_picpath only 32-Bit RGBA is supported
既然叫插件，是要安装 Paint.NET 的，最新 3.36 版 (08年8月份更新) 中文版，需要 .Net3.5 支持，不要对此不满， Paint.NET 能得到微软的赞助不是没有道理的。
