故障现象：

Ex03升级至ex07后新邮箱用户无法发送邮件至ex03用户邮箱

Ex07邮件队列显示如下错误信息：

"451 5.7.3 cannot achieve exchange server authentication."   Attempted failover to alternate host,but that did not succeed.Either there are no alternate hosts,or delivery failed to all alternate hosts.


 

故障排除：

经检查，ex07至ex03双向邮件路由均正常

经搜索相关资料，发现可能系cisco防火墙的smtp筛选功能导致，关闭smtp筛选后故障消失
