oracle关于proc编译报错,aix下编译proc报错

刚学proc，在aix下编译的时候报错，具体情况：

Aix系统版本6.1.0.0，64位操作系统。

数据库 oracle 10

问问坛子里的兄弟姐妹，有没有遇到这个问题的啊，怎么解决的，给个建议啊

首先不是字符集的问题，比较简单的pc程序可以编译过去。
