(This design is a digital controlled phase-shifted full-bridge 600W DC/DC converter. This phase-shifted full-bridge converter uses C2000 Piccolo microcontroller, which supports peak current mode control and synchronous rectification. Piccolo microcontroller realizes high performance peak current mode control without any external support circuit, which is a unique function in microcontroller-based design. This design can achieve high efficiency in a wide load range, and its peak efficiency is more than 95%. It also supports ZVS switches in the whole load range. In addition, this design is easy to use. For convenience, the functions of the design and the Piccolo microcontroller can be preliminarily evaluated using the GUI provided. When ready for further exploration, step-by-step instructions can be used to understand the implementation of underlying hardware and software in detail.)
