cx_oracle json,ORA-40474: invalid UTF-8 byte sequence in JSON data

Its not Python Error, Its Oracle Error that's why i posted here.ORA-29400ORA-22813

Without having anything to go on except a cropped screenshot and two Oracle error numbers, with no code or reproducible test case, it is very difficult to say what you did wrong.
