mysql win2008_求助：win2008下mysql5.1服务不能启动

在服务管理器里启动mysql服务报错为                  1607：进程意外终止。

mysql的端口为9902，防火墙已经允许了9901到9905端口的通信。

mysql的配置文件my.ini 如下：

在网上找了N多办法都没有解决，可以正常创建日志和innodb数据文件，但是服务就是启动不了，求哪位大侠帮看看这是怎么回事
