摘要:
Objective: By reviewing current several CCBT systems and related clinical studies, we evaluate their clinical effectiveness in terms of improvement in psychological symptoms, interpersonal and social functioning, quality of life, preference, satisfaction and acceptability of treatment, and cost-effectiveness in comparison with current standard treatments. Method: By searching CCBT-related literatures on PubMed and relevant websites, all data of current CCBT systems will be analyzed. Results: There is some evidence that CCBT is as effective as TCBT (Therapist-led Cognitive Behavior Therapy) for the treatment of phobia/panic disorder; There is some evidence that CCBT is more effective than TAU (Treatment as usual) in the treatment of depression/anxiety; CCBT is not as effective as TCBT in OCD. In studies reporting accurate estimates of therapist time, CCBT appears to reduce therapist time compared with TCBT and is therefore of use where access to TCBT is limited; Conclusion: CCBT is an innovative psychotherapy, which hascomparable or less efficacy than TCBT in the treatment of anxiety, depression, phobia and OCD. CCBT has greater advantages for decreasing therapist involvement, expense and patients' stigma, and increasing service availability. Therefore, CCBT is worth being further modified and applied extensively.
