mysql2008无法启动_sql2008服务无法启动的问题。。。

使用的环境为windows2008server+sql2008，昨天服务器运行过程中停了一次电，来电后重新打开服务器就不能连接到本地数据库了，去配置管理器里面发现sql的服务未启动，手动启动失败。。。但是本身windows和sql都没有报错。。。然后sql去连接别的服务器上的sql是成功的。。。查了下日志报错如下

非正常断电会使windows关闭什么服务导致这个么？还是有配置文件损坏了？
