some kotlin libraries attached to this project were compiled with a newer kotlin compiler and can't be read ,please update kotlin plugin

这个异常说的是kotlin插件版本过低，需要更新；

在Androidstudio中顶部找到Tools  ----->  Kotlin ------>configure Kotlin plugin updates--->Languages & Frameworks--->kotlin--点击install--->ok 

(或者选择File-->settings--->Languages & Frameworks--->kotlin--点击install--->ok)

如果更新之后还是报这个异常就把c盘里面的.gradle删掉，重新下载。这些就是我处理成功的方法。
