maven本地拉取包失败

        说下背景，刚开始拉取的时候仓库中并没有对应的版本，但后面仓库中有了，依旧拉取不到。

原因如下，大概意思是说，有缓存，需要强制刷新，强制刷新，需要在命令后面添加 -U

In Maven 3 if you just had a failed download and have fixed it (e.g. by uploading the jar to a repository) it will cache the failure. To force a refresh add -U to the command line.
