命令行下载安装tensorflow太慢的解决方法

一个很好的解决办法是：使用镜像源地址下载安装。
比如使用清华的镜像源地址快速安装：

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --upgrade tensorflow     # for Python 3.*
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --upgrade tensorflow-gpu # for Python 3.* and GPU
