安装tensoflow时报错记录

1. 在window下直接安装：

pip install tensorflow

安装都没有问题，系统自己下载的时最高版本，2版本以上的，然后在导入模块时会出现ImportError: DLL load failed: 找不到指定的模块。

（ps: 报错的图是在网上找的，但是报错内容差不多）

解决办法：在网上查找到方法说tensorflow版本的问题， 2以上的版本太高，不兼容， 就换了tensorflow版本重新安装

pip install tensorflow==1.4

之后就好了，（其他人），我的还是有问题，

是numpy的版本太高， 降低之后就好了，之前的是1.17版本， 现在是1.16版本的
